Grande realtà multinazionale operante nel settore della progettazione di impianti nel settore construction
Principali responsabilità
• Rivedere i piani e le specifiche secondo il piano;
• Supervisione del lavoro del personale subordinato;
• Preparazione di piani, dettagli, specificati e costi stimati di impianto idraulico, riscaldamento, ventilazione, aria condizionata e sistema di tubazioni generale;
• Fornire consulenza tecnica al progettista del personale, supervisore, ispettore e fornitore di servizi per l'installazione e la manutenzione del sistema MEP.
• Analizzare i problemi di ingegneria meccanica, elettrica e idraulica e formulare soluzioni;
• Identificare i problemi nella progettazione, pianificazione, gestione e realizzazione di più progetti;
• Pianificare e organizzare la revisione e valutare il lavoro di consulenti, appaltatori e altri. MEP Engineer conosce MS Office, AutoCAD e software di gestione dei progetti di costruzione;
• Continua la revisione del programma di costruzione, come i lavori di costruzione progredisce per quanto riguarda i servizi MEP e riferire al direttore del progetto su di esso.
Principali caratteristiche richieste
• Laurea in ingegneria meccanica o elettrica o diploma;
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza di costruzione con conoscenza del lavoro meccanico, elettrico e idraulico;
• Ampia esperienza pratica in loco;
• Procedure e pratiche di costruzione; MS Office, AutoCAD e software di gestione dei progetti di costruzione;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Possedere eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e organizzative.
