Your new companyOur client is a Multinational Manufacturing company operating in the vehicle Industry, part of a Group with a worldwide presence and a fast growing business. We are looking for a a Manufacturing Engineering Manager.Your roleThe candidate will be included in the Manufacturing Team where, reporting directly to the Plant Manager, she/he will manage:• Investments;• New product industrialization;• Facilities management;• Efficiency and productivity improvement and maintenance;• Equipment installation and maintenance.• Budget administrationMore deeply she/he will have to manage:• Maintain and improve work analysis data in day by day production;• Manage facilities in order to ensure proper allocation of resources and optimal usage;• Issues and maintain/improves times and methods in running operations with constant feedback;• Maintain equipment and tooling at quality level ensuring proper maintenance;• Support Plant Director for all technical issues;• Pursuing and assuring the continuous improvement in Lean Manufacturing logics.What you need to have success• Master's degree in mechanical Engineer, Management Engineering or equivalent culture;• Plants and working tools.• Excellent computer skills;• The profile is completed by good problem solving, analytical, communication and relationship skills and autonomy in carrying out one's activities connected to the spirit of teamwork.
