Stock Management Officer

ISS International S.p.A. ricerca uno Stock Management Officer per un impianto industriale in Basilicata.Attività:Provide technical expertise in areas of specification, inspection, storage and disposal of materials and equipment and provide effective support.Create, modify, and delete stock items and manufacturers.
Ensure the creation and maintenance of materials master data to meet all operational requirements, ensuring integrity of information entered in SAP by controlling descriptions and modifications.Ensure the integrity of the information uploaded to SAP by checking the descriptions of the materials and data extracted from SAP and preparing the appropriate changes.Manage the correct preparation and execution of the physical and SAP delivery project of Spare Parts, including preparation via Excel file of the pre-receipt reports and files to be uploaded to SAP.Manage, reorder, and optimize materials in the warehouse through the implementation of reordering logic (MRP).Ensure the correct population of the SAP MM/UNISOL module and management of specific movements.Participate in the preparation of stock reporting.Help, coordinate, and control other materials-related works such as sales (auctions), loan/borrow, transfer of quantities, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Participate in the performance and control of material analysis, requisition of materials, and materials management strategies.Ensure consistency between SAP and physical materials by reporting physical inventories and participating in annual materials counts in cooperation with the Warehouse Entity.Participate in the achievement and control of the Company physical inventory process.Assist in writing materials management procedures and auditing their implementation.Resolve discrepancies when required by the Logistic entity.Ensure correct preservation of the materials in stock.Help solve discrepancies when asked by the LSO entity.Identify and participate in all enhancement actions for materials management, collaborating with the operational entities owning the materials, particularly:Identify yearly minimum, maximum, safety materials levels, and useless materials (obsolete, surplus, and damaged).Review and optimize materials replenishment parameters according to consumption history, as well as manage critical updates and the materials catalogue.Requisiti:Master's degree in Engineering.Knowledge of storekeeping/warehousing, inventory and material management processes, material specification, certification, and verification processes.Knowledge of drilling and/or maintenance materials and processes is preferred.Knowledge and understanding of Materials Management (MM) and Reporting (BW) modules of SAP R/3 ERP/UNISOL system.Proficient in Office Suite, Excel, and other tools.Good knowledge of the English language.Dettagli aggiuntivi:Inizio attività: Settembre 2024Orario di lavoro: 8 ore al giorno / 5 giorni alla settimanaDurata: 1 anno rinnovabile #J-18808-Ljbffr
