Attraverso Bludigit offriamo soluzioni digitali e tecnologiche all'avanguardia anche ad altri operatori nei settori dell'energia e delle infrastrutture, per supportare ed incentivare la transizione ecologica.
La risorsa, esperta del mercato dei capitali con una forte conoscenza degli strumenti finanziari, sarà inserito nel Team Finanza dell'Italgas Corporate e a diretto del responsabile di Funzione si occuperà di gestire le attività di capital market per il gruppo, come le emissioni di Bond, e tutte le operazioni regolamentate sui mercati finanziari, oltre agli strumenti di debito di cui si avvale il Gruppo.
Sarà, inoltre, responsabile della gestione della relazione con le Agenzie di Rating e della pianificazione finanziaria del Gruppo. 
Le principali attività del ruolo sono: • Sviluppare e implementare la strategia finanziaria del Gruppo, in linea con gli obiettivi di crescita e di redditività.
• Valutare le opportunità di finanziamento sul mercato dei capitali.
• Monitorare e analizzare i trend del mercato e le performance degli strumenti finanziari emessi sui mercati regolamentati., 
• Curare l'emissione del debito e la gestione degli strumenti finanziari
• Gestire le relazioni con le Agenzie di Rating
• Monitorare ed analizzare i rischi finanziari 
• Gestire la pianificazione finanziaria del Gruppo
• Collaborare con gli altri team dell'area CFO, per garantire una gestione efficace delle risorse finanziarie dell'azienda.

 
• Laurea in finanza, economia o similare.
• Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel mercato dei capitali, 
• Conoscenza approfondita degli strumenti finanziari
• Forte capacità di analisi e di valutazione dei rischi.
• Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di negoziazione.
• Orientamento al risultato e alla crescita dell'azienda.
• Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
• Padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici (MS Word, MS Excel, e MS PowerPoint)

 
• Capacità di lavorare in team;
• Capacità analitiche e di problem solving;
• Capacità di comunicazione e di influenzamento degli stakeholder principali;
• Orientamento al risultato.
