PRODUCT AND PROCESS ENGINEER
La divisione Technical & Engineering di Randstad Professionals, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e senior management, su incarico di un'importante azienda cliente della provincia di Padova, appartenente ad un gruppo multinazionale nel settore automotive, è alla ricerca di un/a:
La risorsa, strategica per l'organizzazione, assicura l'industrializzazione ottimale dei processi produttivi sia acciaio che sinterizzato per la realizzazione dei prodotti nuovi e/o di serie.
Responsabilità
Verifica la fattibilità tecnica del prodotto attraverso l'analisi degli impianti, delle attrezzature e degli utensili di processo;
Definisce i cicli di lavorazione e distinta base dei prodotti a lui/lei affidati;
Realizza la documentazione tecnica di supporto alla produzione ed in particolare: disegni del finito e delle fasi di lavorazione, flow chart ciclo produttivo, FMEA, piani di controllo, istruzioni operative;
Supporta l'avanzamento dell'industrializzazione del prodotto attraverso specifiche procedure e metodologie (APQP, tools di project management);
Promuove soluzioni di ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi funzionali al miglioramento della qualità del prodotto e/o al contenimento dei costi di produzione;
Garantisce la validazione di nuove macchine di produzione e eventuali modifiche di processo su macchinari esistenti.
Requisiti Ideali
Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria, preferibilmente indirizzo Gestionale o Meccanico;
Esperienza di 3-5 anni in realtà manifatturiere legate alle lavorazioni meccaniche e alte produzioni di serie;
Conoscenza di processi industriali di lavorazioni meccaniche di precisione e di lean production;
Preferibile conoscenza della normativa IATF 16949;
Conoscenza CAD 3D (la conoscenza di CREO sarà considerata un plus);
Buone conoscenze di sicurezza e ambiente e delle relative normative;
Inglese fluente;
Proattività e organizzazione.
