Cosa Richiediamo?Laurea in materie ingegneristiche è obbligatoria3-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli tecnici nel settore dell'ingegneria.Comprovata esperienza nella guida di team tecnici e nella gestione dei reparti di consegna.Eccezionale capacità di elaborare e presentare proposte tecniche.Forte capacità analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi, con un approccio orientato ai dettagli.Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione in inglese, sia scritta che verbale.Conoscenza del mercato romano e delle sue sfide e opportunità specifiche.Flessibile e adattabile, con la volontà di affrontare nuove sfide.Dotato di qualità di leadership, con la capacità di ispirare e motivare i team verso il raggiungimento di obiettivi comuni.?
