Panoramica:
**_ Medici Senza Frontiere_**_ (MSF)è un'organizzazione medico-umanitaria indipendente, fondata nel 1971 da un gruppo di medici e giornalisti. MSF presta la sua opera di soccorso in tutto il mondo, alle popolazioni colpite da conflitti, epidemie, catastrofi naturali o escluse dall'assistenza sanitaria. Al momento ci sono progetti in corso in quasi 80 Paesi._
- MSF è un movimento internazionale formato da 6 Centri Operativi e 23 sezioni ed uffici in tutto il mondo. MSF Italia è una Onlus nel campo medico e umanitario e rappresenta la sezione italiana di Médecins Sans Frontières._
Il servizio di **Supporto Psicosociale** (PSU) di MSF Italia, all'interno del Dipartimento Programmi, svolge colloqui psicologici con gli operatori umanitari, prima e dopo la missione umanitaria. L'approccio utilizzato integra i moderni protocolli di gestione dello stress, basati su diverse tecniche di self-awareness, estratte principalmente dalla psicologia della Gestalt, dalle tecniche di mindfulness e dalla terapia cognitivo-comportamentale.
Il tirocinio si svolgerà all'interno della **Psychosocial Support Unit** (PSU), e avrà l'obiettivo di far acquisire al/alla tirocinante tecniche e strumenti relativi all'attività di Supporto Psicosociale verso il target specifico degli operatori umanitari di un'Organizzazione del Terzo Settore.
Responsabilità:
ll tirocinio, sotto la supervisione del tutor interno, sarà a supporto delle seguenti attività:
- Interazione diretta con la rete degli psicoterapeuti pro bono nell'organizzazione delle loro attività;
- Organizzazione di meeting con la rete degli psicoterapeuti pro bono della PSU;
- Gestione dello smistamento dei colloqui e della ricezione dei file di reportistica;
- Possibilità di seguire i colloqui psico-educazionali degli operatori umanitari, prima, dopo e durante la missione, con la Psychologist Focal Point e la rete di psicologi-psicoterapeuti pro bono della PSU.
- Le attività del/della tirocinante saranno supervisionate da un tutor interno avente i requisiti previsti dalla
normativa.
Qualifiche:
- **
Essere attualmente (e per i prossimi 6 mesi)** iscritt* ad un corso di laurea/master attinente alle attività previste dal tirocinio (Psicologia, social worker, scienze sociali, HR);
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (C1);
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (B2);
- Conoscenze di Office 365, in particolare di Excel;
- NON essere iscritti all'Albo - Ordine degli Psicologi;
- Capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione;
- Flessibilità;
- Orientamento al servizio;
- Consapevolezza del valore delle differenze culturali;
- Motivazione ai temi umanitari e in particolare ai principi MSF.
**Il tirocinio non ha carattere abilitante per l'esercizio della professione ne per l'iscrizione all'Albo -**

**Condizioni**
**Disponibilità**: full time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì.
**Sede**:Via dei Caudini 2 - 00185 Roma. La modalità di stage prevista è **ibrida **con lavoro da remoto e con alcune presenze presso la sede a seconda delle necessità organizzative
**Durata**: 6 mesi
**Periodo**: da gennaio 2025 a luglio 2025

i prossimi 6 mesi) iscritt* ad un corso di laurea/master attinente alle attività previste dal
tirocinio.
**Rimborso spese**: € 500 mensili + ticket restaurant pari a € 5 per giornata lavorativa
