Head of Digital Engineering and Requirements Management Responsabilità: Responsabile della configurazione e della gestione del database del progetto di gestione dei requisiti; Supporto al Project Engineer per la gestione dei requisiti durante tutto il ciclo di vita del progetto; Supporto dell'ingegneria di sistema per lo sviluppo dei requisiti nel rispetto della tracciabilità; Responsabile della definizione del piano di gestione dei requisiti (RMP); Responsabile del processo di ingegneria dei requisiti durante tutto il ciclo di vita del progetto; Analisi dei KPI dell'ingegneria digitale e dei requisiti; Responsabile del coordinamento di tutti i dipartimenti di ingegneria per le esigenze hardware/software; Responsabile del dipartimento di ingegneria, in coordinamento con il dipartimento ICT, per la gestione della progettazione, dell'implementazione e della manutenzione di tutte le applicazioni e soluzioni di ingegneria. Guidare l'implementazione tecnica dell'ingegneria digitale in tutti i programmi, per supportare attività chiave come la formazione del personale, lo sviluppo del design, il coinvolgimento delle parti interessate e la consegna dei progetti. È responsabile dello sviluppo dei processi di ingegneria e della revisione delle procedure relative alla disciplina funzionale, al fine di garantire che siano in linea con gli obiettivi strategici aziendali. Supporto tecnico degli strumenti di ingegneria digitale per migliorare i risultati dei progetti (ad es. CAD, GPLM, ecc.). Requisiti richiesti: Conoscenza approfondita della disciplina del Requirement Management Conoscenza approfondita dello strumento PTC PLM Windchill Conoscenza approfondita dello strumento IBM DOORS Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Power Point). La conoscenza delle metodologie di Model Based System Engineering è considerata un plus. La conoscenza del software PTC Creo è considerata un plus Conoscenza dei linguaggi semi formali per la modellazione del software (UML) e/o SysML per la modellazione dei sistemi. Comunicare in modo efficace Capacità di problem solving Capacità di lavorare in team Pianificare per raggiungere risultati prioritari e rispondere con flessibilità a circostanze mutevoli Comprendere e applicare metodi di pianificazione, coordinamento e controllo. Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in posizioni analoghe costituiscono un titolo preferenziale. Conoscenza di base del sottosistema di transito ferroviario.
