YOU'LL DO AT MIDSUMMER Configure, implement and troubleshoot issues related to Google Analytics 4 and various advertising pixels, such as those for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Hotjar, etc., utilizing Google Tag Manager Management of cookies and tracking pixels to ensure websites compliance with GDPR regulations Work closely with our PPC Team as technical lead to audit, develop, maintain, and test data generation infrastructures for prospects and existing clients. Assist the PPC Team in understanding the available data, and conducting detailed analysis of campaign performance Write technical documentation and guidelines for custom implementations Support and collaborate with client's IT departments Support the Analytics Director with everything data tracking implementation and the growth of our Analytics department Train and mentor future Analytics stars Help the agency with its continuous growth Enjoy the sun REQUIREMENTS You are:
• Resident in Italy and have an EU Working Permit (for boring bureaucracy stuff)
• Fluent in English. Knowing how to order a draft beer in London would not be enough. (Please declare if you are native or possessed C1 Certification or have lived in a foreign English-speaking country)
MUST HAVE Strong understanding of web analytics, tag management, web design, and digital marketing 1-3 years experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS GDPR, CCPA, Consent Mode excite you Not afraid of becoming our Head of Analytics in the next year or two WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN • Work from anywhere: we don't have an office. So far, we've got on our list: our own house, coworking spaces, bars / cafés / restaurants, camper, b&b, and hotels, a long list of countries (including Spain, Sweden, UK, Germany, UAE, US, and more)
• Flexible hours: we're not strict with the usual 9-18 office hours. You can make the most of your day by starting earlier, taking longer lunch breaks, or staying late until the evening if you have other stuff to do (like laundry, picking up your kids from school, or just taking a walk). Whatever resonates with your lifestyle.
• Half-day Fridays (yes, we take Friday afternoons off). This one is pretty self-explanatory. Let's do the math: 4h x 52 weeks = 208 hours, which means you get more than an extra month of paid time off per year

In 2024, our team will be like elusive unicorns: mostly remote but occasionally spotted in the wild during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and legendary Midsummer Events (fully expensed by the company). We totally get it, though – flying to the Island can be hard if you're living abroad.
