**Your Role and Responsibilities**
We are looking for an HR Business Partner profile to assign her/him the responsibility to play the HR Business Partner role for some business lines.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
5-10 experienced in HR, preferred as HRBP from onsultancy/System Integrator companies,
Talent Acquisition skills,
Agile / Project Managemeent capabilities,
Demonstrated use of data-based decision making and problem solving,
Familiarity with HR technological tools such as Applicant Tracking System, and Payroll systems ,
HR Analytics skills,
Fluent English,
National and local employment law knowledge,
Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
