Descrizione del lavoro The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring our organization's data quality and actual performance of expected tasks within daily operations.
Such responsibilities include tracking business results, monitoring production KPIs and cleaning data issues when they arise in relation to our CRM.
Reporting directly to the Sales Excellence Manager, the Sales Operations Analyst tasks include:
Create automations related to sales operations processes to ensure maximal effectiveness and operational perfectionSupervise KPIs, metrics and performance of local teams and provide useful insights for team leaders and managers to improve productivity in all possible areasRe-think processes, detect bottlenecks, and be in constant pursuit of improvements of automations, KPIs, and tools to increase efficiency.Liaise with the Data Quality team to develop new tools enabling a smoother running of operationsLiaise with global team to align processes with other countriesBe the operational enabler to ensure leads are assigned and contacted promptlyQualifiche Requirements At least 6 months of working experience in Business OperationsFluent in EnglishKnowledge of Hubspot and/or SalesforceKnowledge of GSuiteExcellent team working, interpersonal and communication skillsProven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilitiesInformazioni aggiuntive Benefits Participation in our Stock Option planSmart workingAnd also: Work in a scale up atmosphereSignificant opportunity for professional growthA chance to "make a dent in the universe"Autonomy and impact on what you doAn opportunity to learn from great, experienced people with successes in their fieldsWork to change people's lives for better
