Socomec, per la sua sede italiana di Isola Vicentina (VI), sta cercando un IT Technical Specialist .
Responsabilità: Configurazione pc, telefoni, smartphone, stampanti.
Configurazione e manutenzione reti con il supporto dell'IT di gruppo.
Creazione/gestione utenze e profili utente.
Supporto alla gestione e manutenzione server.
Supporto alla gestione dell'inventario e le scorte assets IT ed accessori.
Supporto a progetti interni o in collaborazione con l'Head quarter.
Supporto nella gestione manutenzione di applicativi.
Formazione agli utenti con il supporto del team.
Assistenza tecnica agli utenti.
Supporto alla gestione dell'help desk - monitorare e gestire i ticket utenti per garantire un elevato livello di servizio assicurando che tutte le richieste di assistenza vengano gestite e documentate nel sistema di ticketing.
Formazione tecnica informatica Laurea / Diploma.
Conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Linux.
Conoscenza di Active Directory.
Conoscenza reti, configurazione switch.
Configurazione PC e Mobile.
Attività di Trouble shooting.
Conoscenza pacchetto Office.
Conoscenza lingua inglese.
Si considerano un plus:
Esperienza precedente nel supporto tecnico o nel service desk.
Conoscenza lingua Francese.
Conoscenza framework ITIL.
Completano il profilo buone capacità di comunicazione, relazionali e disponibilità ad eventuali trasferte sul territorio nazionale (Nord Italia).
