Due to strong sales performance and growth, our client - a leading multinational fashion company - is looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative. You will be joining their multilingual team in central London and be working on a hybrid scheme.
Your responsibilities will include: Being the first point of contact for all client's queries, answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner whilst utilising your German language skillsProactively dealing with any returns and exchange issuesProcessing and tracking of ordersWorking alongside the sales team and other departments where requiredMaintaining knowledge of products and keeping up to date with new products and promotionsAbout you: In order to succeed in this role, it is essential for you to have previous experience in dealing with a high volume of outbound orders from wholesale clients in a fast-paced environment. In this thrilling opportunity, you will be involved in a motivated and friendly multilingual team. Profile: Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spokenBeneficial to have knowledge of Austrian German, Czech or SlovakianExperience working in an online customer support, customer service, sales administration, client support or order fulfilment role is a key requirementIdeally previous experience providing wholesale customer support services in a product support and/or order dispatch environmentPrevious experience dealing with wholesale clients and B2B customers would be beneficialAn interest in fashion, luxury or the retail industry is desirableStrong communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with a high volume of ordersTo apply, please send your CV in English and in Word format to Ismael.
