UnipolPay, dinamica società del Gruppo Unipol dedicata alla erogazione di servizi di pagamento è attualmente alla ricerca di un esperto Technical Delivery LeadSede di lavoro: MilanoIl profilo ricercato, inserito nel team IT Integration Services, gestirà lo sviluppo di soluzioni complesse per UnipolPay coordinandosi, per quanto necessario, con le funzioni IT di Gruppo Unipol.
Seguirai l'implementazione delle soluzioni applicative garantendo la qualità del software e, in generale, l'affidabilità degli applicativi che ricadono nel perimetro di competenza dei team di lavoro.Il ruolo, in particolare, prevede le seguenti attività: Ti occuperai del coordinamento e la revisione delle attività affidate a fornitori.Sarai responsabile che il software aderisca agli standard dettati dal gruppo e sia sviluppato nei tempi e nei costi predefiniti;Farai code review e, contribuendo attivamente al miglioramento della qualità del software ed in generale, sarà tua priorità assicurarti che le persone del team producano un software di eccellente qualità;Utilizzerai cutting edge tecnology (cloud, serverless,…) su architetture innovative (Event Driven Architecture)Contribuirai ad alimentare la documentazione tecnica;Contribuirai al monitoraggio e alla gestione del debito tecnico;Requisiti:Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Matematica, Fisica conseguita con ottima votazione finale;Esperienza professionale consolidata (almeno 3 anni) in ruoli di Technical Lead o Delivery Lead su progetti complessi di Digital Trasformation.Esperienza comprovata su: Analisi nell'ambito delle integrazioni e nelle specifico nel contesto di sistemi distribuiti;Background di sviluppo e nello specifico, esperienza con Java, SpringBootCloud AWS (Lambda, DynamoDb,…), Kafka, MongoDB e simili, API REST;Esperienza nello sviluppo di prodotti digitali applicando diverse architetture e approcci di software design: Micro-services, Micro Frontends, Event-driven, Domain Driven Design, BDD, API first;Esperienza nell'applicazione della metodologia DevOps, conoscenza di code versioning, CI/CD, JIra, ecc.
;Sai essere una figura di riferimento per gli sviluppatori, dimostrando una leadership tecnica che contribuisce alla qualità del prodotto e alla crescita dello sviluppo del team;Buone capacità di analisi, attitudine al problem solving ed al lavoro per obiettivi;Nice to have: Certificazioni Cloud AWS , TOGAF e conoscenza OpenShiftInglese fluente; La ricerca è rivolta a candidati ambosessi ai sensi della L. 903/77 e D.lgs.
