Adecco Italia Spa Roma Financial Services ricerca per prestigiosa società operante nel settore IT la figura diLegal ExpertA diretto riporto del Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, la risorsa avrà un ruolo di riferimento per garantire il supporto legale nelle seguenti attività: • Predisporre e aggiornare i modelli delle varie tipologie contrattuali utilizzati dalle Direzioni/Funzioni aziendali di riferimento; redigere contratti ad hoc in linea con le esigenze e le strategie del business;• Assistere le Direzioni/Funzioni aziendali di riferimento nella gestione delle attività negoziali e nella fase di esecuzione del contratto sia per la parte di contratti attivi sia per i contratti passivi;• Assicurare la gestione del precontenzioso e del contenzioso;• Supportare le Direzioni/Funzioni aziendali di riferimento nella gestione ordinaria delle loro attività, fornendo pareri in materia civile, commerciale, amministrativa;• La partecipazione al processo di identificazione e risoluzione dei rischi e dei problemi di natura commerciale e contrattuale;• La redazione e revisionare di documenti contrattuali.Requisiti:• Solida esperienza di 8-10 anni in ruoli analoghi, che prevedano la gestione nel contesto di primari studi legali e/o di società di primaria importanza; sarà considerato requisito essenziale la conoscenza dei principi giuridici in materia di contratti di appalto di servizi e dei contratti di natura commerciale o finanziaria;• Conoscenza delle principali dinamiche e funzioni aziendali;• Predisposizione ad effettuare valutazioni di natura commerciale in ottica negoziale;• Eccellenti capacità di redazione, negoziazione e comunicazione;• Competenza nella ricerca legale e nell'uso di banche dati giuridiche;Completano il profilo ottime capacità time management, approccio processivo e procedurale, predisposizione a lavorare in team, problem solving, conoscenza dei contesti Cloud, Infrastruttura IT e Data Center.Sede di lavoro: RomaContratto a tempo indeterminato con inquadramento e retribuzione commisurate alle esperienze e competenze maturate.Disponibilità oraria: Full Time Categoria professionale Affari Legali / Avvocati - Impiegato Ufficio Legale Località Roma, Roma Data inizio 31/12/2024 Job reference 0378-2004 Riferimento esterno LEGALEXPERT-0378-2004
