The technical, procurement and construction teams work closely with suppliers to develop and deliver high-quality components.We are looking for you as aHSE Manager (m/f/d)full time - unlimitedYour Tasks ObjectivesWe are looking for an experienced HSE Manager (m/f/d) for JUWI Italy. This person will be responsible for:Leading the implementation of the JUWI Environmental Management System based on ISO 14001; andLeading the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on ISO 45001 for JUWI Italy.This role will report to the Managing Director Italy.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain, implement and control of the JUWI Management System, based on, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 for JUWI Italy.Identify, analyse, and document core and support processes for HSE according to JUWI's management system frameworkIdentification, implementation, and measurement of HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the Company.Identify and implement opportunities for improvementPrepare and participate in internal and external HSE audits together with relevant stakeholders.Participate in EMEA and group meetings and workshops related to EMS and OHS.Provide regular reports for monitoring HSE performance.Provide overview processes, advice and guidance for projects on HSE topics.Provide guidance on investigations and corrective actions for HSE related incidents.Ensure that HSE requirements are effectively communicated to all and other relevant personnel and verify compliance by appropriate means.Ensure the definition and implementation of relevant HSE trainings for the employees.Coordinate the activity of relevant consultants (e.g., RSPP- Responsible del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione).Liaise with relevant institutions with regards to HSE topics, requirements, and compliance.Ensure the HSE legal register and plan are in compliance with local legislation and reviewed as required.Your Profile Qualifications and ExperienceDegree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Management or SimilarAt least 3 years' experience as a HSE ManagerExperienced in ISO implementation and certificationCertified ISO internal auditorGood knowledge of Italian EHS Legislative requirementsExperienced in preparing internal and external auditsFluent in EnglishDesirable AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independentlyExperience in MS Office, SharePoint and VisioStrong organisational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate well, work independently and within a team of diverse individualsSystems and process approach thinking is a mustMotivated individual displaying passion for HSEBenefits of working for JUWI Joining JUWI Italy you can expect a hybrid work policy, market related salary, performance-based bonus, medical insurance, ticket restaurants.
