Job Core Responsibilities Il ruolo principale dell' EHS Manager è di promuovere una cultura EHS sostenibile per garantire la sicurezza e la salute dei dipendenti e tutelare l'ambiente, al fine di consentire lo svolgimento delle operazioni in un'ottica di conformità alla normativa vigente e ai requisiti Corporate.

Description of Responsibilities In qualità di Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione collaborare, insieme al Medico Competente, all'individuazione dei fattori di rischio, della loro valutazione e delle opportune misure necessarie per la sicurezza e salubrità degli ambienti di lavoro, nel rispetto della normativa vigente al fine di redigere e/o aggiornare il Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi; Proporre gli interventi volti al miglioramento della sicurezza e della salute dei dipendenti sul luogo di lavoro, attribuendone la competenza agli altri settori ed aree aziendali; Sviluppare sistemi di monitoraggio della sicurezza e di gestione del rischio, attraverso indagini su infortuni, incidenti, quasi incidenti e situazioni pericolose, determinando le cause probabili e formulare raccomandazioni per azioni correttive; Redigere ed aggiornare il Piano di Emergenza interno relativo alla sede Abbvie di Roma; Proporre l'acquisto delle attrezzature di emergenza (cassette, dispositivi etc.) ed organizzarne la dislocazione, e predisporre l'adeguamento della segnaletica di emergenza; Progettare le attività di tipo informativo e formativo in materia di sicurezza ed igiene sui luoghi di lavoro, sottopendedo a corsi di formazione necessari i lavoratori individuati; Gestire i rapporti con le società terze che erogano i servizi, verificando che tutto venga svolto in conformità con gli standard di riferimento e i vincoli normativi in vigore per quanto riguarda Salute e Sicurezza sul luogo di lavoro. In ambito Security suppora l'organizzazione nell'identificazione delle misure idonee a garantire il livello di security previsto e la loro attuazione, inoltre è il referente locale del Global Security e coordia localmente le attività da questi promosse. Qualifications Laurea (Specifici Corsi di Formazione, Modulo A, B e C) Esperienza di 3 anni come HSE Manager in aziende multinazionali di medie e grandi dimensioni Ottima conoscenza del Testo Unico sulla sicurezza e dei sistemi di gestione EHS ( ISOO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc) Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Ottime doti relazionali e organizzative, capacità di comunicare a tutti i livelli, flessibilità e problem solving Additional Information Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.
