Partner with the best As a Materials Planning and Quality Specialist, you will be accountable for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules, planning and scheduling material/production needs. You will develop an operational year plan for own manufacturing activities of the team, suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.
As a Materials Planning & Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Define (pull system) timeline for Test Eng. Dept BOM and documentationsAssure availability of shop items (materials and fixtures) compliant with internal HSE and national rules (eg.PED, ATEX)Assign Contractor activities and related costsInteract with Sourcing dept for criticalities management and strategic initiatives for simplification, cost reduction and target On Time Delivery. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have a BSc in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial are preferred) fields with basic experience in Manufacturing, Operations or Production Quality ControlBe fluent in English and Italian (oral and written)Show ability to analyze problems and identify root causesHave good problem solving skillsHave excellent oral and written communication skillsShow teamwork and change agent attitudeBe able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesDisplay strong attention to details Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
