Manpower Professional, team specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professionisti con esperienza, ricerca una figura di Site Manager per importante gruppo, che avrà focalizzazione sull'attività della gestione del sito e delle attività di service e manutentive all'interno dello stesso.Il candidato selezionato sarà responsabile di sito e principale interlocutore del cliente e dovrà : - Supportare il responsabile Operation di area nella gestione sul campo degli interventi e della loro rendicontazione- Coordinare gli operai e i tecnici specializzati e delle ditte in subappalto- Gestire l'approvvigionamento di materiali e dei rapporti con i fornitori- Vigilare sulla sicurezza e sul rispetto delle norme all'interno del cantiere- Organizzare orari, turni e modalità di lavoro - Supervisionare l'attività svolta, sia dai dipendenti interni che esterni- Fare Analisi critica dei guasti e dei fermi impianto accidentali anche attraverso l'impiego del sistema informatico di manutenzione- Verificare in campo le attività di manutenzione programmata e straordinaria- Effettuare l' Analisi dei dati di esercizio del contratto e verificare ed aggiornare gli indicatori di efficienza ed efficacia dei processi manutentivi- Effettuare Migliorie/o ottimizzazioni dell'esistente attraverso l'analisi degli impianti e l'aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica Sede di lavoro: Catania Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato e retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza e alle competenze- Laurea in Ingegneria /Diploma tecnico - 5 anni di esperienza nella mansione- Esperienza nell'ingegneria di manutenzione- Esperienza nella gestione di commesse- Esperienza nella gestione di siti industriali- Buona conoscenza nell'utilizzo di gestionali- Capacità di lavorare in gruppo e approccio pratico- Spiccate doti di Leadership- Proattività e Orientamento al risultato- Spiccato orientamento al cliente
