Selection process will be Italy-based and subject to Italian legislation on the Disability Law 68/99 in order to comply with the legal requirement for the disability hiring quotas in the Italian company.
The role is reserved only for candidates with disabilities inscribed on the Italian list of the "Categorie Protette" available at the Italian Local Job Centers.
Not offering sponsorship.This position is located in Maranello, Italy and reports to the Head of Concept Composite Design.Key Responsibilities:Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.Design support for a variety of composite components and assemblies.Design studies for the concept stage of the new car design program.Have a thorough knowledge of composite materials and production techniques.Have a thorough knowledge of the F1 technical regulations.Follow all safety regulations in all venues.Other duties as assigned by their manager.Education and Work Experience:Must be a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with a strong knowledge of composite materials.Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a composite design engineer within motorsport.Specialized Knowledge and Skills:Communication, ability to work under pressure, self-motivation, time management, conflict resolution, adaptability, willingness to learn, etc.Equipment and Applications:Must be proficient in the use of CAD system: Catia V5 / V6 3dx.Together with our Team Bonus Scheme, the company will also offer life insurance and the chance to join illness coverage from our affiliated insurance companies with special conditions for you and your family.
