**RDM Group** is looking for a **"Sustainability Engineer/Specialist"**_ _to join the Corporate Sustainability Team.
The Sustainability Engineer/Specialist supports the Sustainability & Risk Manager concerning themes of **sustainability management and reporting**.
They are directly involved for the sustainability report.
**Accountabilities**:
- **Group Sustainability reporting** according to the GRI standard;
- **Sustainability data management and quality check**;
- Management and follow-up on specific sustainability initiatives (e.g., EU Taxonomy, Scope 3 emissions calculation, Materiality Matrix, Sustainability Communication, Other);
- Promoting the Company values and contributing to the Company success by involving people and sharing a sense of Company belonging;
- Actively contribute to the Company Sustainability communication needs, internal and external;
- Participating in Industry association expert groups, e.g.
Trade associations CEPI/ProCarton/ECMA and the 4Evergreen Alliance.
**Requirements**:
- Technical University Degree or equivalent business work experience;
- Minimum 3 years **experience in Sustainability management and reporting** in an international and multi-national context;
- **Very good level of spoken and written English is a must.
** Italian, German, French or Spanish knowledge is very welcome;
- Experience from the Forestry or Pulp& Paper or Board production industry is very welcome;
- Self-awareness & professionalism, Teamwork, Accountability for performance & results, Relationship building, Change & Innovation, Problem solving are necessary for this role;
- **Availability to travel for approx.
30% of the working time.

**Place of work**: Europe (it's preferable Italy - Spain - The Netherlands - Germany)
