We are seeking an Intern in Personnel Administration to join our HR team based in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to take on dynamic challenges and develop your skills in a vibrant, international environment
As part of our HR team, you will work closely with the HR Administrative Manager, providing support on administrative matters to ensure seamless contract handling, documentation, and payroll administration. You will play a key role in managing administrative processes and payroll activities to deliver an exceptional employee lifecycle experience.
Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support to HR administration, including managing time and attendance systems, creating employment contracts, certificates, and other documentation.Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.Collaborate with the HR Administrative Manager to ensure streamlined and compliant monthly payroll processes, while maintaining data privacy standards.Participate in specific ad hoc projects, focusing on Benefits, Labor & Employment Law matters, well-being and diversity.Oversee the entire process of internship activation and management.Contribute to activities related to implementing new policies and monitoring HR compliance.QualificationsMaster's Degree in Law or a related field.Strong understanding of company policies, legal regulations, and employment laws in Italy.Numerical aptitude with a keen eye for detail.Analytical mindset with the ability to develop solutions to complex problems.Collaborative team player with a strong ability to build trust and deliver results within deadlines.Organizational and time-management skills.Communication skills with an empathetic, patient, and curious attitude.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal.What's in it for youMonthly reimbursement and lunch tickets.Fresh fruits and free beverages in the office.A fun, dynamic, and international work environment.
