JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking a Process Engineer, reporting directly to the Head of Utilities to join the team based in Rome. About The Role: Your main missions and responsibilities will be to: Analyse project specifications, tender and proposals requirements. Contribute to the development of design parameters and methodologies. Prepare technically correct, safe, environmentally friendly, cost & time effective discipline engineering analysis and solutions for approval: Design basis Process description PFDs and heat & material balance MSD and material selection philosophy Control scheme Process and Utility P&IDs Equipment & instrumentation Datasheet Utilities and chemicals consumption summaries Simulations and calculations Provide support to all project activities, from engineering to start-up, as required. Interface with other process engineering disciplines and design team(s). Assist in the development of a process knowledge databasis for studies, projects &/or operations (capturing and reporting events & experiences within studies, projects & operations and writing of technical notes). May participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up. Report own activities within studies, projects &/or operations management. Qualifications: Chemical Engineering degree (Master degree) Languages: English Fluent Main Skills: Theoretical knowledge of process design methods & tools. Computer skills: MS-office tools, Process Simulators Ability to work in a multinational environment Availability to move abroad on short or long term basis Attitude to problem solving and working in a team Experiences in: Projects, Previous Jobs Languages: Indicate a secondary language and proficiency expected level, only if English is insufficient to perform the job.
