Position Summary
Support the leading of I/R projects for local brands, primarily Levissima and Sanbitter, following the innovation gate stage principles.
Co-lead medium and low complexity projects.
A Day in the Life of an Innovation Specialist
Project management: Co-Lead medium low complexity innovation and renovation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Support in building market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
Lead the management of the innovation track tools for the Business Unit, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Ensure flawless execution of I&R projects by coordinating operational tasks across all functions in all innovation steps, such as data analysis, support in brief construction for consumer tests, coordination of R&D function for recipes development, tastings organization, and sample shipments.
Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of innovation initiatives in terms of sell-out data.
Present innovative ideas to senior management and stakeholders.
