Application System Engineer

As part of an international project, TXT Assioma is looking for an Application System Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to join its expanding team in Bari.
Main responsibilities: Preparation and documentation of SW installation activities; Control of SW deployment according to validation checklists; Installation of SW according to the deployment plans agreed with the client's reference person in the development environments; Installation of SW for emergency maintenance activities; Management and consolidation of the release documentation for the Operations team; Support to the Test functions during the execution of application tests; Proactive and reactive problem management for issues encountered in developmental environments.
Required skills: Application skills: Network Inventory System; Knowledge of DB Oracle; Knowledge of Windows environments; Knowledge of Linux; Knowledge of UNIX; Knowledge of Shell Scripting.
Knowledge of Jenkins will be a plus.
Education: Degree in scientific/computer science or related fields, or diploma with experience in the specified domain.
The ideal candidate has a good aptitude for teamwork, autonomy in managing time and assigned tasks and a good knowledge of the English language.
