If it sounds like we've got something that's up your street, let's see if you've got the skills we're looking for We are looking for a talented Financial Reporting Specialist who will report to the Financial Reporting Manager, in the CFO area, and will join the Financial Reporting Team.
Our perfect candidate will have a solid background in accounting fundamentals, ideally with some experience in working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a business-oriented accounting enthusiast with an analytical approach and excellent attention to detail.
This will also be a great opportunity to improve your technical skills and general knowledge on accounting, taxes, and finance, getting in touch with very experienced colleagues in their respective fields.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Recording suppliers' invoices in our ERP (Oracle Netsuite); Managing payments to our network of Agents, Brokers and other suppliers; Preparing the monthly calculation of withholding taxes to be paid via F24 and tax declaration (i.d. Certificazioni Uniche); Managing the financial reporting of Italian entity, ensuring correctness and reliability of accounting data (e.g. invoices to be received, accruals, deferrals, etc.); Acting as point of contact for accounting and reporting-related matters to the finance business partners. Requirements You are our ideal candidate if you meet these requirements:
Outstanding academic background in Business Administration Previous experiences of 6/12 months in accounting roles Positive mind-set, pragmatic attitude, ownership mentality and a "can do" attitude Analytical skills, precision and attention to detail Willing to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Result oriented and time management skills Fluency in Italian and English
