Descrizione della societàBusiness Hotel appartenente a catena internazionale (100+ camere) situato a MilanoSpecifiche della posizione:Il Senior Purchasing Manager che stiamo cercando sarà responsabile dell'accettazione, verifica e processamento di tutti i beni necessari all'hotel e al ristorante. Il Ruolo • Scouting proattivo di nuovi potenziali fornitori, sia per la struttura alberghiera che per il ristorante • Verifica della qualità di tutti i beni e i servizi forniti alla struttura per verificare se rispondano agli standard qualitativi richiesti • Assicurarsi che il database dei fornitori e lo scadenziario siano sempre aggiornati • Verifica del pricing in essere con i fornitori attivi e contrattazione dei prezzi con i nuovi fornitori • In accordo con l'ufficio Legale, stipula dei contratti di fornitura e verifica delle credenziali dei fornitori • Costante contatto con tutti i dipartimenti dell'albergo e del ristorante, per verificare e prevenire esigenze speciali (es. conferenze, gruppi numerosi, eventi ecc.) • Gestione di un piccolo team di risorse, formazione e valutazione delle performancesIl candidato: • Pregressa esperienza di almeno 8 anni in ruolo analogo di responsabilità • Laurea in Economia, da considerarsi requisito preferenziale • Ottime doti relazionali e di comunicazione • Leadership e capacità di motivare il team anche in situazioni di stress • Disponibilità ad effettuare frequenti trasferte in Italia e all'estero • Capacità di relazionarsi a tutti i livelli e con tutti i dipartimenti della struttura • Gestione e completa responsabilità su un team di 2 risorse
