THE ROLE New Guards Group Holding is seeking an Accounting Coordinator for our accounting department. This role will report directly to the Senior Accounting Manager. WHAT YOU'LL DO Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all income statement registrationsManage and coordinate the entire monthly closure process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reportingDirect and supervise the accounting reconciliations processOversee and ensure compliance with VAT settlement procedures and reporting requirementsOversee asset management, including tracking, depreciation, and reportingHandle and ensure accuracy in intercompany reconciliationsSupervise SOX control implementation and compliance for Internal Audit purposesOversee VAT liquidations and declarationsMaintain relationship with auditorsManage statutory FS processCoordinate the management and allocation of revenuesWHO YOU ARE Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldHave at least 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on GL and VAT, ideally within an audit and advisory consultancy firmProven experience in a senior managerial role with a focus on GL and VATHighly detail-oriented, punctual, and adaptable, with a strong ability to thrive in a dynamic environmentDemonstrated ability to lead a team and communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationExcellent proficiency in English and advanced Excel skillsREWARDS & BENEFITS Great compensation package (in consideration of your professional experience)Fixed-term contractLunch ticketsDiscounts on all NGG brands and partners including FARFETCH and BrownsBe part of a young, dynamic and creative company with over 40 different nationalitiesBrand new headquarters located in the centre of MilanEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT New Guards Group is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process.
