Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

Within the Group Administration, the Governance team is responsible for regulating and addressing the relationship between the Shared Service Center, BPO, and the countries. The Governance team actively participates in the development and continuous improvement of administration processes and policies, providing support for Robotics process automation development and Kernel SAP management.

The Junior Governance Internship:
Support the team in maintaining a performance report regarding the services rendered by SSC and BPO.
Assist the team during SAP roll-out.
Help the team with the standardization of Purchasing To Pay and Order to Cash processes.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a dynamic and curious person who is able to work in a team. The ideal candidate is familiar with IT tools, business processes, and is goal-oriented. The candidate should be able to handle the complexity of an international environment and possess the ability to blend into a multi-cultural setting.

Key Requirements:
Degree in Economics/Business Administration/Management Engineering.
Fluent in English.
General knowledge of accounting.
Advanced knowledge of Office.
Appreciation of SAP knowledge.
