QJ Motor, a Chinese leader in the two-wheeler industry, is looking for a passionate and innovative designer with graphic design skills and the ability to support our staff effectively and proactively.
Main Responsibilities: Design Skill: Design and develop the concept idea of CTG for motorbikes (colour, trim & graphics), managing transversally projects from the early stages to the launch of the motorbikes.
Graphic Skill: Tasks within the areas of Communication and Product for all that concerns graphic design (brochures, printed matter, banners, videos, logos, applied graphics and style research etc).
Communication Skill: Work closely with the transportation design team and other departments of the company, independently or in a group.
Innovation Skill: Motivate and guide designers to find the right balance between mind-blowing, outside-of-the-box sketches and on-package products.
Requirements: A motorbike related portfolio is a must.
At least 1 year of experience in a motorbike role.
Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of Chinese language will be considered a plus.
Intrapreneurship and proactivity.
In-depth knowledge of design processes.
Ability to work completely autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
