Please, submit your CV In English About the Department: The Key Account department is responsible for prospecting and maintaining international and national fleet customers. In addition, collecting market information and supporting country managers and local Key Account team in approaching local fleet customers.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities: Support the Head of Corporate Sales & Used Cars to setup national campaigns in Italy;Work closely with local captive lease partners in the countries where BYD operates;Elaborate market analysis;Make reports and power points to support the Head of Corporate Sales & Used Cars in daily reporting;Collect and analyze national developments and advising management based on this analysis;Develop, monitor, and execute operational tasks (in collaboration with partners and local teams);Analyze and evaluate national price calculations based on residual value, SMR costs, insurance, and other components.Collaborate with the International Key Account Manager to develop leasing marketing campaigns for each country in Europe.Develop new markets by issuing tenders.Establish and manage task force teams to oversee targets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring the attainment of final objectives.Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.Main requirements: Knowledge of Operational Leasing and fleet market.Excellent ability to translate complex commercial processes into simple workflows and automated processes.Proficient in English language skills both verbally and in writing.Excellent communication and planning skills.Structured, process- and problem-solving-oriented.Possess an analytical, curious, and proactive mindset.Strong communication skills and project leadership, capable of handling work pressure.Strong decision-making and presenting skills.We Offer: Performance and experience-based competitive remuneration.Department & company-wide teambuilding events.An exciting opportunity to be part of the European transition to Zero Emissions transportation and de-carbonization of the economy.Our Purpose is to build a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a World of clean air.
