Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Supervisor pour notre Boutique du Printemps.
En tant qu'Ambassadeur de notre Marque, votre mission sera d'être un point de référence en l'absence du Store Manager ou de l'Assistant Store Manager. Vous veillerez ainsi au respect des politiques et procédures Bottega Veneta.
Vos missions
Être un support à l'équipe managériale afin de trouver des solutions efficaces pour maximiser les opportunités de vente ;

Encourager le pilotage de la performance et la réalisation des objectifs ;

Garantir que toutes les politiques et procédures soient correctement suivies en l'absence du Store Manager ou de l'Assistant Store Manager ;

Assurer une expérience client d'excellence dans le respect du cérémonial de vente Bottega Veneta ;

Prêter attention aux détails et garantir la bonne organisation de la boutique ainsi que le respect des procédures ;

Prolonger l'expérience Bottega Veneta en développant le fichier clients ;

Construire une relation privilégiée avec les Clients Advisor en contribuant à la création et au maintien d'un environnement positif ;

Gérer les situations délicates avec diplomatie et une approche constructive ;

Transmettre un retour d'information complet au Store Manager.

Vous êtes
Un(e) bon(ne) communicant(e), vous faites preuve d'un très bon relationnel ;

Dôté(e) d'une précédente expérience managériale dans l'univers du retail ;

Passionné(e) par la vente de prêt-à-porter, les accessoires et les chaussures ;

Sensible au détail ;

Force de proposition sur la prise d'initiative et la proactivité ;

A l'écoute, et vous avez un fort esprit d'équipe ;

Bilingue en Français et Anglais, la maîtrise d'une troisième langue serait appréciable.
