Adecco Italia S.p.a. è alla ricerca per importante cliente automotive sito a Torino di una figura da inserire come Procurement Specialist.

Le attività da svolgere saranno le seguenti:

• Monitorare, pianificare e valutare le consegne dei materiali dal fornitore a CFS in base alle richieste degli impianti
• Intraprendere azioni di follow-up in relazione alle carenze di materiale che incidono sulla produzione e/o sulla spedizione, supportando anche altri team interni.
• Utilizzare qualsiasi sistema materiale esistente e garantire che i dati siano accurati e aggiornati, risolvendo eventuali problemi come richiesto collaborando con altri team, come Acquisti, ICT e Governance.
• Monitorare i livelli di inventario presso CFS rispetto ai livelli target concordati.
• Creare rapporti statistici e analisi regolari e aggiornare gli altri nell'organizzazione.
• Collaborare con team interni ed esterni per prevedere, pianificare e facilitare la puntualità dei materiali sulla linea di produzione come e quando richiesto, evitando interruzioni della produzione, in particolare quando è necessario un arbitrato.
• Collaborare con i fornitori per supportarli in tutte le attività quotidiane e nelle preoccupazioni dei fornitori
• Collaborare con le interfacce dei clienti per supportarli per le preoccupazioni degli stabilimenti

Requisiti:
•Conoscenza di MRP
• Buone competenze informatiche (Excel, Word, Access)
• Conoscenza avanzata dell'inglese scritto e parlato
• Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale o Gestionale
• 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo o in uno simile in produzione

Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato (staff leasing)
