Test & Prototyping Manager - Medical Devices

Il nostro cliente è un gruppo strutturato attivo nella progettazione, produzione e commercializzazione di Dispositivi Medici.
Per sede bolognese, stiamo selezionando una figura di TEST & PROTOTYPING MANAGER La risorsa, inserita in dipartimento R&D e rispondendo all'R&D Manager, avrà la responsabilità delle attività di Testing e Prototipazione e della gestione delle risorse a queste dedicate.
Nel dettaglio si occuperà di: Gestire, con responsabilità gerarchica, i team preposti alle attività di validazione prodotto, testing e prototipazione; Valutare l'adozione di nuovi strumenti e sviluppare nuove metodologie di testing per la misurazione della First Time Capability; Organizzare, pianificare e supervisionare le attività di testing di tutti i nuovi prodotti e le attività necessarie per la predisposizione della relativa documentazione, garantendo il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e delle normative di settore; Collaborare con gli altri team R&D, con il Post Vendita, il Customer Quality e le altre funzioni aziendali per la valutazione delle NC e la Root Cause Analysis.
Desideriamo entrare in contatto con candidat? con background universitario in discipline tecnico-scientifiche (preferibilmente Laurea in Ingegneria Biomedica, Meccanica, Elettronica o Informatica), comprovata esperienza in ruolo di coordinamento in area validazione / testing di prodotti complessi con componenti meccaniche, firmware e software.
Si richiede dimestichezza con tools per il calcolo strutturale e la simulazione.
Costituirà un requisito preferenziale la provenienza dal settore Medical Devices Si offre assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato.
Luogo di lavoro: Bologna.
