**Novacapital** is the investment holding of the Merloni Group.
It has a portfolio of over 25 (and growing) different investments in various industries (from renewables to health care to new space and deep tech), at different investment stages (from seed to growth capital) and with various levels of participation (from financial minority to full control).
The company is reaching a level of investment and a speed of growth that requires an enhanced follow-up of its growing portfolio.
Is therefore looking for an **Investment Analyst**, working directly with the Investment team.
**As investment Analyst**, you will be responsible for the following activities:
**Internal reporting**
- Analysis and track keeping of performance, milestones and results of investments
- Maintenance of the reporting system
- Financial analysis, KPI management
- Preparation of corporate presentation deck
**Support in the screening of the opportunities' pipeline**
- Sectorial analyses
- Analysis of target companies
**Management of portfolio companies**
- Preparation and follow up of main companies' events (board of directors, shareholders' meetings, portfolio corporate fulfillments management etc.
)
- Support to follow-up investments and exit decisions evaluation and execution
Additional internship experiences in a consulting company or an investment bank will be a plus.
Outstanding analytical capabilities and business sense, statistical and numerical abilities, teamwork skills together with curiosity and quick-learning abilities are essential to be successful in the role.
