About the Internship in Digital Capabilities
Join us in Digital Capabilities Team, the leading innovation part of the Digital Team of Philip Morris Italia.
In line with our Digital strategic agenda, we will keep advancing in our journey towards 1-2-1, A.I. based, digital communication at scale.
Working in synergy with digital team colleagues, various departments and functions you will support the goal of driving omnichannel digital acceleration.
Tracking a set of KPIs you will have the chance to propose evolutions and new mechanics.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Support AI Live Chat evolution with a collaborative approach among internal stakeholders and data driven insights.
- Co-design new journeys to support specific consumer journey moments.
- Support Direct and indirect retailers with digital tools, such as Booking Platform
- Co-design new features to lead the evolution of the tools towards a more marketing oriented/communication channel.
- Provide periodic status reports and presentations to our teammate to keep them updated about projects and related progress or eventual issues.
- Collaborate with all the internal stakeholders to gather new consumer needs and ensure that all the cross-functional processes work smoothly.
- Debug, with the support of the agencies, existing or new technical solutions, improve UX, UI service design.
- Continuously give and take feedback to/from the team in order to create processes with the purpose of providing added value for all Digital structures.
Who we're looking for:
- Graduation in Engineering, Marketing or related areas to Digital Field.
- Proficiency with Excel (Macro, Pivot tables, Vertical lookup) and PowerPoint (presentation skills)
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong analytical skills and mindset
- Curious, interested in innovation, trend seeker, quick learning.
What's 'nice to have':
- A previous experience on digital projects
- Knowledge of main Digital KPIs
- Deep/machine learning models, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM) and basic A.I. knowledge will be a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Attitude to work in a complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines

Work location: Rome
