? Max Streicher SpA, EPC contractor leader nel settore Oil&Gas (pipelines & plants), ha sede a Parma e lavora su progetti in Italia e nel mondo.
? Stiamo potenziando il nostro Team di progetto con un* Project Manager .
Cerchiamo un* professionista con almeno 5 anni di esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi su cantiere, preferibilmente in progetti Oil&Gas.
Il job include: Pianificazione, coordinamento e supervisione dei progetti assegnati, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi, costi e standard di qualità; Interfaccia con clienti, fornitori e subappaltatori per assicurare la corretta esecuzione delle attività; Gestione delle risorse umane e materiali del progetto, coordinando team di lavoro e ottimizzando l'uso delle risorse disponibili; Monitoraggio delle attività di cantiere e risoluzione delle eventuali criticità.
Laurea Magistrale tecnica, idealmente in Ingegneria (Civile, Meccanica, Energetica ecc.
); Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office, competenza nell'uso di AutoCAD 2D/3D e di software di gestione progetti come MS Project, Primavera P6, o equivalenti.
Disponibilità a trasferte e trasferimenti in Italia.
La conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e la disponibilità a trasferimento su progetti esteri (Europa) saranno considerate dei plus.
La Persona ideale è dinamica e proattiva, con eccellenti capacità di leadership e problem-solving.
Deve essere in grado di gestire team di lavoro diversificati, comunicare efficacemente con le parti interessate e mantenere la calma sotto pressione.
La capacità di adattarsi a situazioni e ambienti nuovi è fondamentale, così come l'attitudine a prendere decisioni rapide e informate.
