SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONELa risorsa verrà inserita all'interno del Team del Ricevimento del Camplus Santa Marta di Venezia, rappresenta l'immagine della struttura e supporta la Direzione nel controllo gestionale della struttura stessa.Lavoro prevalentemente notturni, su turni, nei week end.MANSIONIGarantisce un attento benvenuto agli ospiti assicurandosi che ricevano, sempre, un servizio adeguato (gestione attività di prenotazione, fasi di check in/out, controllo cassa, gestione centralino, controllo della posta elettronica);Controlla l'esecuzione dei servizi dei fornitori e segnala eventuali urgenze (pulizie, manutenzioni, ristorazione);Gestisce attività di back office (prima nota, sospesi, tassa di soggiorno, dati ISTAT);Conosce tutti i servizi della struttura e controlla la qualità del prodotto;Gestisce eventuali reclami o altri problemi relativi agli ospiti;Verifica il corretto funzionamento degli impianti di sicurezza della struttura;COMPETENZE TECNICHEBuona conoscenza pacchetto Office;Buona conoscenza software alberghiero;Conoscenza ottima scritta e parlata della lingua inglese;Preferibile la conoscenza di una seconda lingua;COMPETENZE TRASVERSALIBuone doti relazionali e comunicative;Curiosa;Flessibile;Capacità di lavorare in team;Forte orientamento all'ospite;Capacità di problem solving;Ottima capacità di gestione dello stress;Senso di responsabilità;Si offre iniziale contratto a tempo determinato.
