Our diverse team is driven by a shared purpose, and we are committed to setting new standards of excellence in our industry.If you are passionate, driven, and eager to make a real impact, we invite you to join us in shaping the future.Position Overview:As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in our ongoing modernization efforts to transition to a fully distributed system.
You will work with cutting-edge technologies and a talented team to ensure our platform remains robust, scalable, and always available to meet the needs of our customers.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain our platform's frontend and backend, utilizing React, TypeScript, PHP, NodeJS, and other modern web technologies.Design and implement robust testing strategies using Jest, Cypress, and PHP Unit.Optimize database performance and query efficiency using MySQL and DynamoDB.Utilize Redis for caching and AWS EventBridge and RabbitMQ for messaging and event-driven architecture.Work with AWS, Docker, and AWS ECS for containerization, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.Design and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL.Collaborate with a small but highly effective development team to continuously improve code quality and performance.Take on challenging and complex tasks with a creative and innovative mindset.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.Strong knowledge of modern web technologies such as React, TypeScript, PHP, NodeJS, Tailwind CSS, etc.Experience with microservices and AWS Lambda is highly valued.Proficiency in Jest, Cypress, PHP Unit, and other testing tools.Expertise in database optimization and query performance.Familiarity with Redis, AWS EventBridge, RabbitMQ, Docker, and AWS ECS.Experience designing RESTful APIs and GraphQL.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A collaborative team player with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.Why Join Us:Growth and Learning Opportunities: We believe in investing in our team's growth and development and provide access to Udemy Business for all development teams.AI-driven Environment: We are on the cutting edge of technology and utilize GitHub Copilot to enhance our productivity.Remote First: Our development team is distributed across Italy, and we offer the flexibility to work remotely with monthly meetings in Florence.Meal Perks: Enjoy daily meal vouchers whether working from home, the office, or any location of your choice.Competitive Salary and Benefits Package.Hiring Process:Initial review of your application.One or more video interviews with team members.Short project or coding challenge.Reference checks.Thank you for considering joining our team.
