We are currently recruiting for an Associate to join our Real Estate & Corporate team in Padua

The Role The role will encompass the full range of commercial, corporate and real estate work. The successful candidate will be working together with senior members of the team, supporting the drafting of a wide range of documents relating to corporate and real estate transactions (including commercial agreements, share and asset offer letters and purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, joint ventures and related transaction documents).
Candidates need to be able to produce good drafts of the above documents and help lead the delivery of a corporate, real estate or commercial transaction.
The selected candidate will be working on both domestic and multi-national corporate transactions advising corporate, family office and individual clients on disposals, acquisitions and investments, and day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.
The Essentials Candidates should be Newly Qualified (NQ) or have up to 2 years of Post Qualification Experience (2PQE)Excellent academics (not less than 105/110)Broad training and solid experience within a Corporate departmentFluent Italian and English communication skills are mandatory (English proficiency equal to C1 level is a must)Experience abroad for academic or professional purposes is an assetEnthusiastic and engaged attitude with excellent people skills and a good, clear communication styleTeamwork is vital together with the ability to work alongside colleagues in our overseas offices
