At **Rome Business School** we are looking to hire an **Academic Director** to lead the Academic Area.
**_What will your mission be?_**
Being responsible for managing and directing the Academic Area of the School.
You will seek excellence and drive its growth to contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives.
**_What will your duties be?_**
- Detection of tendencies and training needs in the Area.
- Consolidation of the School through the design of new degrees and/or modification of current ones.
- Management and motivation of the academic teams.
- Annual budget preparation.
- Promotion and planning of interesting events.
- Direction and coordination of the academic life of the School.
- Oversight of compliance with the requirements established in the School's quality management system and promote its continuous improvement.
- Implementation of the international accreditation and ranking strategy.
**_What do we seek in you?_**
- Professional experience in the field of education.
- Knowledge in business management, communication, and analytical skills.
- High level of English.
- PhD is a plus.
**_What will be your relations?_**
- Internal: You will have double reporting to the Business Director and the Dean, and you will be part of the School's Management Board.
You will be responsible for the academic team and relationships with the Marketing and Admissions departments, as well as with the other teams and departments.
- External: Professional Associations of the Area, companies of the sector and other schools, universities or entities of the training sector.
