If you want to make an impact, then we can't wait to have you with us for the journeyIn this role you willTeam management skills including the ability to oversee compliance and control activitiesQuery suspicious or unclear transactions with our clientsBuild the 1st Line FinCrime function including training, managing the development and leading the first line teamKnowledge and experience of best practice in Italian financial services regulation, fraud detection methodologies, and emerging practice in financial crime and money laundering typologiesDefine the policies and procedures that must be put in place to effectively counteract the risks identifiedAbility to exercise oversight, knowledge and understanding of financial crime and AML policies, procedures and control arrangements in a complex financial operationDraw upan annual report on the activities carried out in relation to AML to be submitted to the board of directorsSubmit reports to the Supervisory Authorities and other entities as required by the LegislationYour Profile and MindsetStriving in a destructured startup environment, not looking for the 9 to 5 roleRadical thinking paired with strong execution - can envision a world different from the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get thereSelf-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative problem solver - able to identify real obstacles and viable solutionsReady to get hands dirty and do whatever is necessary to ensure successPositive attitude and willing to learnOutcome oriented; you articulate the desired outcome and work collaboratively to create a path to achieve itHumble enoughRequirementsProfessional qualification from an internationally recognised body (e.g ICA, ACAMS)Experience in a wide range of aspects of the Compliance or Anti Financial Crime functionHave experience in the financial services sectorFluent English and Italian; written and spokenStrong analytical, communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExcellent computer literacy Able to work in a high-volume work environmentOval BenefitsFull time salaryTop class equipment incl.
