As our Content Creator, you'll work to make it become reality.We dream big and we believe that spreading Miscusi experience via word-of-mouth is the main driver for new guests to enter our stores the first time or to return with frequency.
Impactful content is the key to make it happen bigger, louder and faster.You will work with guidance and supervision of our Brand Director within the Digital Marketing team, also made by one Digital Influencer Specialist and one Junior Copywriter, while also collaborating closely with the Martech team.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our marketing team.
This role involves producing high-quality, engaging and unique photo and video content to showcase the Miscusi experience on all our digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation for a food brand, a passion for food and exceptional skills in photography, videography and editing.Key ResponsibilitiesContent CreationPhotography and Videography: Capture high-quality videos and photos that align with our brand's aesthetics and storytelling goals.Editing: Edit photos using Photoshop and Lightroom, and edit videos using Premiere and After Effects to ensure professional and polished final products.Graphic Design: Utilize Illustrator and Photoshop for graphic design tasks, adding an extra layer of creativity and professionalism to our video and photo content.AI: Use AI tools to improve productivity and for creative content.Social Media and Digital PlatformsSocial Media: Create engaging video and photography content tailored for social media platforms, especially Meta and TikTok.Multichannel Content: Adapt and repurpose content for newsletters, our institutional website, and our HR portal.Collaboration and InnovationTeam Collaboration: Work closely with the Copywriter and Digital Influencer Specialist to brainstorm and execute content ideas, together with the Martech team on UX/UI on all digital platforms and other specific projects if needed.Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of industry trends, benchmarking competitors' content, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to weekly marketing meetings.Behind-the-Scenes: Seek opportunities to create behind-the-scenes content that offers an authentic and personal glimpse into the Miscusi brand.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3 years in content creation for a hospitality brand.Skills: Proficient in photography and videography.Advanced skills in photo editing (Photoshop, Lightroom) and video editing (Premiere, After Effects).Experience with graphic design (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.Strong understanding of content creation for social media platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok.Curiosity and passion about AI, knowledge and experience is preferred.Exceptional attention to detail and a creative mindset.Ability to work dynamically and think quickly on your feet.Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic and energetic, with a deep love for food.Curious and always seeking opportunities for creative content.Innovative and proactive in bringing new ideas to the table.Strong brand ambassador, embodying the Miscusi spirit.Autonomy: A self-organized and autonomous self-starter.What We OfferCompetitive Pay: Dynamic, informal, and young environment.Values: We are a B-corp company serving good food for people and the planet.Benefits: Free meals during working hours, and a 30% discount when off-duty.
