Cerchiamo un Senior R&D altamente qualificato, specializzato nella ricerca su attivi e funzionali cosmetici per un nuvostro cliente, un'azienda internazionale con sede tra Milano e Bergamo. La risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile di ideare, pianificare e condurre ricerche scientifiche complesse su nuove molecole, assicurando la sicurezza, l'efficacia e le prestazioni delle formulazioni sviluppate.
Responsabilità principali :
Pianificare e gestire progetti di ricerca, seguendo tutte le fasi fino allo scale-up. Progettare ed eseguire esperimenti scientifici finalizzati alla valutazione approfondita di nuove molecole e formulazioni. Analizzare e interpretare dati sperimentali per identificare tendenze, correlazioni e intuizioni, stabilendone la validità. Collaborare con team interfunzionali (marketing, produzione, assicurazione qualità) per supportare il lancio commerciale e lo sviluppo di prodotti innovativi. Requisiti di istruzione ed esperienza :
Dottorato di ricerca o Master in Chimica/Biotecnologie o similari. Almeno 2 anni di esperienza come ricercatore in ambito personal care o industria farmaceutica, con particolare focus sulla ricerca molecolare. Esperienza consolidata nella conduzione e gestione di progetti di ricerca. Esperienza nella guida di team (considerata un vantaggio). Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese e dell'Italiano. Cosa offriamo :
