**Position Summary**
You will be part of a dynamic and stimulating environment where you will have the opportunity to follow the integration project of the Biolchim group companies within the Huber group and interact with both local teams in EMEA and with global IT.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate the local IT teams and vendors for all Biolchim entities in EMEA.
- Assisting and/or leading Business Process Optimization initiatives to drive common processes and efficiencies across the Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, EH&S, and Quality functions.
- Work closely with the different EMEA countries to understand priorities and deliver Huber integration initiatives.
- Manage business systems development standards, methodology and procedures in partnership with Corporate IT.
- Plan and control the work and budget of the IT department for Biolchim Group.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Bachelor and/or master's degree in computer engineering, or other scientific disciplines
- Leadership and people management experience
- Experience working with Oracle ERP is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English and Italian
- Ability to influence and persuade at all levels within the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel
