Nel ruolo la risorsa darà assistenza a filiali, venditori e clienti nella proposta di soluzioni per la specializzazione tecnica di riferimento.Il ruolo, a diretto riporto del Responsabile FSS, avrà i seguenti obiettivi:Affianca e fornisce supporto alla rete di vendita di competenza (filiali e venditori esterni) in tutte le fasi del processo di vendita:consulenza in fase di progettazione e preventivazione;supporto tecnico alla negoziazione;analisi e sviluppo specifiche tecniche, conversione di prodotti e soluzioni;consulenza post-vendita per approfondimenti e/o problematiche;Ricerca e propone ai clienti, in affiancamento al venditore esterno, le soluzioni più idonee all'esigenza impiantistica;Partecipa alle riunioni di polo e condivide il piano di attività di opportunità commerciali e visite clienti in affiancamento;Raccoglie dati e informazioni di mercato su concorrenti e marchi presenti nell'area di competenza e trasferisce con regolarità le informazioni al category manager di riferimento;Si relaziona con i referenti di area dei fornitori trattati e trasferisce un riscontro sulle relazioni commerciali dell'area al category manager;Partecipa ai programmi di formazione tecnica organizzati dai technical trainer e dai fornitori per aggiornamenti sulle principali soluzioni tecniche e novità di prodotto.Un'esperienza pregressa e/o conoscenze solide nel settore DOMOTICA rappresentano titolo indispensabile.Competenze e punti di forza:predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo e al confronto;spiccate competenze relazionali a tutti i livelli;forte orientamento al cliente;iniziativa e forte attitudine al problem solving;capacità di operare in modo organizzato e di gestire le priorità;l'orientamento al risultato è una competenza chiave;È previsto l'inserimento di tre figure distinte dedicate alle tre diverse aree di lavoro, il Piemonte, l'Emilia Romagna e la Liguria.
