**Responsabilità**:
- Contribuire al controllo delle attività di cantiere, in termini di tempi, costi, budget economico e qualità delle opere, con costante riferimento al cronoprogramma;
- Monitorare andamento lavori, preparare rapporti stato andamento lavori;
- Supervisionare i lavori in esecuzione in modo costante e continuativo per garantire la qualità delle opere e il rispetto di requisiti legislativi e procedurali;
- Garantire presenza costante in cantiere, per diretto contatto e supervisione delle attività;
- Verificare necessità di approvvigionamento e consumi per indirizzare l'acquisto dei materiali;
- Controllare qualità e quantità dei materiali utilizzati;
- Tenere traccia delle attività svolte e supervisionare lo svolgimento delle attività secondo il cronoprogramma concordato;
- Mantenere contatti con fornitori di materiali e servizi secondo necessità;
- Contribuire alla gestione delle attività tecnico-amministrative di commessa, gestendo gli atti amministrativi e i documenti contabili (stati avanzamento lavori, fatturazioni relative, ecc.);
- Creare reportistiche periodiche che consentano il miglioramento dell'accuratezza delle stime e la verifica nel dettaglio dei costi associati alla singola commessa;
- Curare il controllo del rispetto del budget definito a preventivo e contribuire alla gestione degli scostamenti a consuntivo, effettuando in maniera autonoma la raccolta, il censimento e la tracciatura dei dati/documenti necessari alla valutazione delle azioni correttive;
- Garantire la realizzazione di analisi prezzi, valutazione costi ed identificazione e quantificazione di oneri, rischi e vincoli connessi ai vari progetti/commesse.

**Contratto da p.iva o da dipendente**, con retribuzione in funzione delle pregresse esperienze. Eventuali bonus legati alla produttività della risorsa potranno essere previsti come forma integrativa.
**Requisiti**:
- Ha maturato una precedente esperienza di almeno 5 anni su ruoli analoghi.
- Costituiscono requisiti indispensabili una buona conoscenza dei metodi di gestione del budget e competenze tecnico-amministrative di base riguardanti la conduzione del cantiere in maniera coerente con il programma lavori.
- La solida padronanza di Excel e la conoscenza di Microsoft Project costituiscono elemento fondamentale.
