The group has its HQ in Paris and affiliates around the globe with teams in all key regions: North America, Europe and APAC.Fancy a kick start in your career in the field of Life Science digital revolution, supporting our customers' journey to operational excellence through AI and cutting-edge digital solutions?Have you recently graduated in STEM or are you a professional with 1 or 2 years' experience, dreaming of playing a key role in driving digital transformation?Through a structured path entailing, on-the-job training and active participation in increasingly complex projects, you will work on international digital delivery and application management projects for high-profile customers in the Life Science world.YOUR ROLE IN LIFEBEE:Based on your seniority and expertise, you will be increasingly involved in and responsible for activities such as:Supporting our customers, through close interaction, in analysing and designing the most suitable solutions to their needs to help them achieve their goals;Implementing, customizing and integrating market-leading and cutting-edge software applications for Life Sciences;Actively contributing to planning and executing projects, drafting specification, tests and validation technical documentation;Enhancing collaboration with local and global software vendors;Providing customers with qualified technical and functional support and training;Supporting in technical validation activities.PROFILE AND SKILLS:STEM degree preferred (i.e., bioinformatics, computer engineering, computer science, biomedical engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics);Knowledge of IT systems, coding languages, and MS Office productivity tools;Curious and adaptable;Proactive and results driven;Analytical and problem solving approach;Fluency in Italian and English is required.NICE TO HAVE:AI/Machine Learning and Data science skills;Knowledge of IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in MES/EBR, LIMS, QMS, BPM, Workflow Management, Document Management, Business Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and familiarity with industry regulations and guidelines;Knowledge of software solutions for life sciences and programming languages (i.e., SQL, Javascript, Python, C#).WHAT WE OFFER:LifeBee is a people-oriented company, we trust and invest in them as our real key value, aiming to create a healthy and stimulating environment.
