- University degree (PhD is a plus) in organic chemistry, CTF or chemistry
- Experience with general organic chemistry research laboratorytechniques
- Teamworking and ability to establish a positive work environment
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Good organizational skills and precision
- Good results orientation and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of Italian and English
