**Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager**:
Siamo alla ricerca per l'Headquarters di Orsenigo (CO), di un/a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager da inserire all'interno del nostro team Finance.
Cerchiamo una persona che possieda una leadership solida e motivante e che abbia una profonda comprensione dei principi di gestione finanziaria e dei relativi processi e sistemi.
Come FP&A Manager sarai responsabile della supervisione delle previsioni, del budgeting e dei processi di reportistica e analisi finanziaria del Gruppo Eldor e dell'elaborazione di approfondimenti finanziari strategici per supportare la crescita e la redditività dell'organizzazione.
**In particolare, ti occuperai di**:
Gestire e supervisionare i processi di budget annuale, previsione e pianificazione finanziaria a lungo termine;
Sviluppare e mantenere modelli finanziari complessi per supportare le decisioni all'interno l'organizzazione;
Analizzare i dati finanziari per identificare tendenze, rischi e opportunità di crescita;
Collaborare con i team interfunzionali per garantire l'allineamento dei piani finanziari con gli obiettivi strategici;
Guidare il processo di reportistica finanziaria mensile, compresa l'analisi delle variazioni e la reportistica di gestione;
Promuovere miglioramenti nei processi finanziari e nei sistemi di reporting per migliorarne l'efficienza e l'accuratezza;
Valutare i potenziali investimenti, fusioni e acquisizioni per sostenere le iniziative di crescita del Gruppo;
Favorire lo sviluppo professionale del team FP&A.
**Eldor è il posto giusto per te se**:
Hai una formazione accademica in Finanza, Contabilità o un settore affine. L'MBA o un titolo avanzato costituisce un plus;
Hai maturato oltre 10 anni di esperienza nella pianificazione finanziaria e nell'analisi e hai esperienza in un ruolo di leadership;
Conosci molto bene i principi contabili, l'analisi dei bilanci e la reportistica di gestione;
Utilizzi Microsoft Excel e tool come SAP, Tagetik, Solver, Hyperion;
Hai eccellenti capacità relazionali e di comunicazione;
Sei attento ai dettagli, hai una grande abilità di problem solving e sei fortemente orientato ai risultati.
